FOR NEW USERS:
1. Click on Find Your Physician Here in the left hand navigation bar.
2. Click on your physician's name and you will be redirected to his or her iHealth site.
3. Click on New User? in the patient login box.
4. Create your user ID and password and complete your registration.
Once you have completed your registration you will have the opportunity to create your iHealthRecord.
FOR RETURNING USERS:
You will no longer be able to access your iHealthRecord through this site. Please follow these instructions to access your information directly through your physician.
1. Click on Find Your Physician Here in the left hand navigation bar.
2. Click on your physician's name and you will be redirected to his or her iHealth site.
3. Enter your existing user id and password into the the patient login area.
4. The next screen will display Send Registration To: with your physician's name as a link.
5. Click on your physician's name and just continue through the next 3 screens.
6. Once you have completed these steps your physician will have access to your iHealthRecord and you will have the ability to update your iHealthRecord through your provider. |
